With 10+ years across the USA and India, I've led product from 0→1 and at scale — across AI governance, data privacy, retail fulfillment, and CX platforms. My edge is in translating regulatory complexity — GDPR, AI risk, data security — into product roadmaps that engineering can ship and legal can stand behind.

At BigID, I own the vision and roadmap for AI Governance and Privacy platforms. Before that, I drove 58% user growth at Concentrix and delivered one of the largest retail fulfillment platforms in the US at Atos Syntel — 500K+ orders a week, 5,000+ stores.

Problem
Enterprise compliance teams were spending significant manual effort reading through large volumes of documents — policies, contracts, DPIAs — and hand-populating structured assessment forms. This created processing bottlenecks, inconsistency, and audit delays at scale.
Approach
Designed an agentic RAG-based solution that automatically ingests enterprise documents, extracts relevant structured information using retrieval-augmented generation, and auto-populates assessment fields — with a human review layer for edge cases. Led the end-to-end product from discovery through GA, working across data science, engineering, legal, and enterprise clients.
My role
End-to-end PM ownership at BigID. Defined the product vision, led stakeholder discovery with enterprise compliance teams, shaped the RAG architecture requirements, and drove delivery and adoption across multiple client workflows — audit, compliance, and partner use cases.

Problem
Business and compliance teams without SQL or BI expertise couldn't self-serve data reports — creating bottlenecks on engineering and analytics teams for every reporting request. Standard dashboards couldn't handle the nuance of ad-hoc compliance queries.
Approach
Designed a Reporting Agent with a two-layer architecture: an LLM Chatbot layer that identifies user intent and generates structured JSON, feeding a Reporting API layer that validates, enforces tenant isolation and operator whitelisting, then passes through a Query Manager that converts DSL to safe queries against MongoDB — returning CSV/PDF reports or streaming to BI tools. Built with multi-tenant safety and limit enforcement at every step.
My role
Led product design and architecture requirements for the full reporting agent pipeline. Defined tenant isolation requirements, operator whitelisting logic, and the query safety model. Coordinated across ML, engineering, and enterprise clients to align on output formats and BI tool integration.
Self-serve
Non-technical compliance and business users can generate complex reports via natural language — with zero SQL knowledge. Outputs delivered as CSV, PDF, or streamed directly to BI tools. Reduced ad-hoc reporting overhead on engineering teams significantly.

Problem
Maintaining accurate Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) under GDPR is a persistent operational burden for privacy teams — requiring manual mapping of data flows across complex enterprise estates. Stale or incomplete RoPA creates significant regulatory risk.
Approach
Designed an autonomous agentic workflow that reads metadata and asset descriptions across enterprise data estates — integrated with data catalogs and cloud platforms — and automatically generates and updates RoPA-compliant data flow maps. The agent orchestrates multi-step discovery, classification, and mapping without manual intervention.
My role
PM and product architect for the agentic data flows capability at BigID. Defined the agent workflow requirements, integration points with data catalogs and cloud platforms, and the output schema for RoPA compliance. Aligned with legal, data science, and enterprise customers throughout discovery and delivery.

End-to-end GDPR RoPA generation with no manual mapping effort. Real-time data flow maps kept in sync as enterprise data estates evolve — reducing regulatory risk and compliance overhead for privacy teams across multiple enterprise clients.

Third-party users — auditors, compliance reviewers, partners, and enterprise clients — faced significant friction accessing the BigID platform across multiple use cases. Authentication overhead was generating support tickets, slowing enterprise onboarding, and creating friction in time-sensitive audit and compliance workflows.
Approach
Designed Magic Link — a tokenised, sessionless platform access capability enabling third-party users to directly access the platform without authentication overhead. Built as a reusable platform feature deployable across audit, compliance, partner, and client access use cases. Security model designed with engineering and security teams to ensure token integrity and access scoping.
My role
0→1 PM for Magic Link at BigID. Owned product definition, security requirements, and use case mapping across all third-party access scenarios. Led cross-functional delivery with engineering and security, and drove adoption across enterprise client workflows post-launch.

One of the largest US retail chains needed a unified Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and API platform to manage fulfillment across 5,000+ stores serving 1M+ customers — with 60% of ~300K weekly deliveries needing to be fulfilled within 30 minutes. Existing systems couldn't scale to demand or support real-time inventory accuracy.
Approach
Led product delivery across Web, Mobile, and API platforms using SAFe. Shipped a Progressive Web App for in-store picking that saved ~72 seconds per order. Designed Driver Returns and Credits workflows saving ~120 seconds per return with real-time customer crediting. API-first strategy across ordering, inventory, and credit workflows eliminated double-booking and stock-out scenarios.
My role
Product Owner / Consultant at Atos Syntel (Memphis, USA & Chennai, India). Supported SAFe PI planning, sprint scheduling, and backlog readiness — achieving 95% on-time delivery across sprints. Drove ~80% feature adoption and contributed to API-first design across ordering, inventory, and credits.
